Alpine Vision

My entire family of 5 has been using Alpine for approx. the last year. I purchased a pair of contacts and paid for them. I opted not to order at the time of payment because I felt I may have needed the doctor again. That payment was apparently applied to a debt that I owed and my contacts were never ordered. In trying to sort out what happened, I spoke with a manager who could probably take a lesson from her team when it comes to customer service. Staff has been great. However, this manager argued with me about my understanding of what I owed. She stated that I did/should understand the finance issues after I told her the entire experience has been very confusing and that I have not understood. She was not the best listener and talked over me, even raising her voice when I attempted to interject. She was not concerned at all that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I am fine to pay my debt although this was not the arrangement that was made when I did order the contacts. Oh well, I’m sure there is another optometrist whose management team does have better customer service skills. I would highly recommend customer service training.

Alpine Vision is a fantastic place to get glasses. Everyone there is extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I would also like to give a special thanks to Stacy! The quality assurance from there lab is top notch. There was a defect with my glasses and they notified me just to let me know they were making a new set of lenses and there would be a delay. They now have another loyal customer!

Staci is always so supportive in my challenging annual exams. She is thorough in explaining the many lens options available, and helpful in budgeting for the best lens choices and fit and styles of the frames for my lifestyle. From the beginning, she has encouraged continued care with followups. She is always professional, friendly and has a positive personality! It is a pleasure to see her there for many years now. I appreciate this office and Dr. Merryman. I would recommend Alpine Vision to anyone looking for the spirit of teamwork and an eye for style!

I've been going here for just about 3 years and have always had a great experience. I have mainly seen Dr Arbaugh, and he is always very friendly and helpful. I've also seen a few of the other doctors and they are great as well. The appointments are always timely, and it has been easy for me to schedule an emergency same-day appointment. Highly recommend!

Update: 6/6/2023 Thank you Dr. Audrey M. For being the only eye doctor to explain my dry eye issue so well and how I needed a drop with mineral oil in it. The Soothe XP is really helping my dry eyes so much. Every other doctor, gave me or recommended regular Artificial tears like Refresh. —————————————- Original Review: 6/2/2023 Today was my first visit to Alpine Vision but definitely not the last. I could not have been more pleased. From the moment I entered the door and received a warm and pleasant greeting from Chenoa, who got me all checked in. Then at the beginning, meeting Staci, who answered questions I had regarding my insurance coverage, before I started my appointment. I appreciated how kind and patient she was to explained everything to me before and after my exam. Then met my Tech, Samantha. She was so sweet. Dr. Audrey M. She was so friendly, kind and thorough with my exam and answered all my questions. Lastly leaving, I met Rio. And she was as pleasant and friendly as all the other ladies I met there today. The faculty was very warm and inviting. This was an absolutely great first visit and I look forward to seeing them again. I would definitely recommend Alpine Vision.

I have used Alpine Vision for at least 5 years and they have always given great service. When there was a problem with my glasses order in the past it was resolved and the staff took great care of me. More recently, the sunglasses that I got over a year ago some how got sat on or broken during a camping trip and this made me very unhappy because I loved my sun glasses from Alpine Vision and used them pretty much every day. Stacy at Alpine worked with me to ensure a proper solution outside of warranty to get my glasses repaired, she did an outstanding job helping me get things sorted out. Her kindness and attention to detail in her work was above and beyond. Stacy deserves to be recognized for her hard work at this company. Thank you to all the other staff members and optometrists that I have worked with, you rock!

Toni has been incredibly gracious every time i’ve come in. When I misunderstood some of my paperwork and the consequence should’ve been on me, the office went out of their way to help accommodate. With my glasses Toni also helped me find the most viable option to best fit my budget and lifestyle. I have a slew of varying doctor appointments and insurance calls i’m constantly juggling, and I can tell this is an office that cares about their client and reputation of their business. Very professional but well conducted, highly recommended
